1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, you enter into a legally binding agreement with PakEsports. These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify active users of material changes via in-platform notifications.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to register. Users under 18 should have parental consent.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.
• You may only hold one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be banned without notice.
• PakEsports is primarily designed for users in Pakistan, though international users may access public content.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately at contact@pakesports.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

PakEsports reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban any account that violates these Terms, at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice.

PakEsports facilitates the display of payment instructions between hosts and coaches (e.g., JazzCash, EasyPaisa, bank accounts). PakEsports does not process, hold, collect, or transfer any funds. All payments occur directly between the coach and the host.

Submitting a false or fabricated payment proof screenshot is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban from the platform.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (avatars, screenshots, logos, images). By uploading, you grant PakEsports a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and process that content solely to provide the Platform's features.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all content you upload. You must not upload:

• Content that is illegal under Pakistani law.
• Content that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Pornographic, violent, or otherwise harmful content.
• Content that harasses, threatens, or defames any individual.
• Fabricated or manipulated screenshots intended to deceive.

PakEsports reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited on PakEsports:

• Cheating in any form, including the use of aimbots, hacks, emulators in restricted modes, or third-party software that provides an unfair advantage.
• Impersonating another player, host, or any PakEsports staff member.
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent a ban or gain unfair advantage.
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech directed at any user based on religion, ethnicity, gender, or any other characteristic.
• Attempting to access, interfere with, or compromise the Platform's systems or another user's account.
• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for personal gain rather than reporting them.
• Colluding with opponents to manipulate tournament results.
• Soliciting entry fees from players outside the official platform payment flow.

8. Intellectual Property

The PakEsports name, logo, design, and platform code are the intellectual property of PakEsports and may not be reproduced without written permission.

PUBG Mobile® is a registered trademark of Krafton Inc. PakEsports is an independent community platform and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Krafton Inc. All third-party trademarks referenced on this platform remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PakEsports, its founders, employees, and contributors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss or damage arising from participation in or outcome of any tournament.
• Prize money not paid by a tournament host.
• Financial losses from payments made outside the Platform's guidance.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or any indirect or consequential damages.
• Actions or content of other users on the Platform.
• Platform downtime, bugs, or data inaccuracies.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. PakEsports may suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or if we believe your actions could harm the platform, other users, or PakEsports.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including liability, intellectual property, and governing law sections) will survive.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
